Welcome to Spring Academy of Dance Dance School

Ms.  Kirstin "Coach K" was born and raised in Spring, TX.  She started dancing at the age of 4 and never stopped.  Having the opportunity to dance on competitive teams like the Klein Ram Sweethearts, Champion Superstars, and the Klein High Bearkadettes.  She also spent time training at Vicki Michelle's, Westfield High's dance program, and the North Harris Community College dance contemporary and hip-hop dance companies.  After dancing at North Harris Community College Kirstin danced for the Houston Aeros hockey team as an Aero Dynamic and went on to become captain, choreographer, and director.  

Before opening her dance studio she taught at many different dance studios, programs, and preschools including Kinder Dance, Texas Elite Dance, Kinder Haus Performing Arts Preschool, Bara-Hambright Performing Arts Preschool, Pendragon Performing Arts, and Lake Houston Performing Arts.

Ms.  Kirstin started Red Satin Dance Productions and revamped it into Spring Academy Of Dance (A studio name Ms. Nancy held dear to her heart for many years).  After 15 years in the dance studio business, being extremely ill, and a liver transplant because of autoimmune issues, Coach K decided to retire.  

After more than a year off, continued dance privates, and inquiries to bring SAOD back,  Ms.  Kirstin has decided that it is time for Spring Academy Of Dance to make an Authentik Edit comeback.
